Your responsibilities

• You will work with our décor team to design and decorate our in-house showroom (1,200 square metres).
• You will design and implement our trade fair displays in Frankfurt and Munich.
• You will organise and prepare decorative materials and trade fair equipment.
• You will present our products visually in line with our brand image.
• You’ll provide support in direct customer contact at trade fairs and during internal sales meetings.
• You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales and import teams.

Your profile

• Education: You have completed a vocational training programme in decoration, visual merchandising, design or hold a comparable qualification.
• Work experience: You have 3–5 years’ practical experience in the field of decoration and visual merchandising.
• Skills: You have good manual dexterity, organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You are passionate about gifts and decorative items, and you have a keen sense of trends and aesthetics.
• Working style: You are creative, have a good eye for attractive shop design and demonstrate plenty of initiative, team spirit and strong communication skills.
• Personality: You work independently, in a structured manner and are reliable.

What to expect

• Picking of consignments
• Recording and posting of goods received
• Storing and retrieving goods from warehouse shelving
• Loading and unloading of containers and lorries
• Occasional work setting up and dismantling exhibition stands (throughout Germany)

What you’ll bring to the role

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist, commercial packer or comparable vocational training
• Ideally, some initial experience in warehouse logistics
• Physical stamina and a hands-on, flexible approach to work
• Good command of German
• Reliability, team spirit and commitment

What to expect

What you’ll need

• Physical stamina (individual cartons weigh up to 31 kg)
• Ideally, some previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Good command of German
• Flexibility with regard to working hours for short-notice assignments

What to expect

• Supporting existing customers, as well as acquiring and developing new customer relationships
• Providing sales advice over the phone and at trade fairs (across Germany)
• Preparing quotations, as well as order processing and fulfilment
• Maintaining master data in the ERP system
• Systematic support for selected customer target groups

What you’ll bring to the role

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business studies
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for negotiation
• A passion for sales and customer contact
• Good command of English (for export); French, Italian or Spanish would be an advantage
• Team spirit, reliability and the ability to work on your own initiative
