Accounts Receivable & Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

As part of a sustainable and strategic company development, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Payable Accountant (m/f/d) as soon as possible for our new location in Cologne at the Airport Business Park.

Your Responsibilities
Your core tasks include accounts receivable and payable management, including monitoring outstanding invoices, dunning, and receivables management. You will review, allocate, and post incoming invoices and reconcile supplier accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for payment processing and handling bank transactions. Account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies with customers and suppliers are also part of your duties. Furthermore, you will assist in preparing relevant documents for monthly and annual financial statements.

Your Profile
You have completed commercial training, such as an industrial clerk or tax specialist, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you already have experience in accounts receivable and payable accounting, preferably in a medium-sized company or corporate environment. You are proficient in common accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Your working style is structured, independent, and reliable, and you place great importance on accuracy. Teamwork, strong communication skills, and an excellent understanding of numbers complete your profile.
